Returns and refund policies

-Returns
We hope your pick is perfect, but if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your pick, you may exchange or return any item within 14 days of the original purchase date in the form of store credit. We will not accept items that appear to have been worn, altered, or washed in any way. We do not offer returns or exchanges on "SALE PICKS". These items are FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

-Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then you will receive a coupon code in the amount of the purchase that was returned.

-Sale items
Unfortunately sale items will not be accepted for store credit. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

-Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at perfectpickboutique@gmail.com.

-Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your item is defective in any way. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
